Leading Law Firms Collaborate on Groundbreaking Offer for Sale, ETLegalWorld



Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised National Stock Exchange of India on its proposed initial public offering. Latham & Watkins acted as the international counsel to NSE. Twenty merchant bankers are advising as book running lead managers on this marquee transaction. Khaitan & Co and Sidley Austin are the domestic and international counsels to the BRLMs on this transaction.

The draft red herring prospectus of the Company was filed in relation to an offer for sale by certain existing shareholders of the Company with SEBI on June 18, 2026, setting the stage for what is expected to be the largest IPO in India‘s history.

The offering of up to 14.89 crore shares is a pure Offer for Sale (OFS) and no fresh issue, potentially valued at approximately INR 30,000 crore.
