Shalinee Kulshreshtha has joined IndiGo as associate general counsel, moving from dentsu international India, where she was general counsel, South Asia.
Kulshreshtha had joined dentsu in 2021 as General Counsel, South Asia, as part of the South Asia leadership team. In the role, she was responsible for the South Asia legal and compliance functions and also oversaw the India and Sri Lanka risk and compliance committees and the India company secretarial function.
Kulshreshtha has more than two decades of experience across industries including media, chemicals, agro-sciences, food, technology, consultancy, telecom, aerospace and education.
Her areas of experience include litigation, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, cyber laws, competition law, integrity and ethics, employment law, intellectual property and corporate advisory.
She joined dentsu from Pearson India, where she was general counsel and compliance officer, South Asia. At Pearson, she was also a member of the South Asia leadership team, chief vigilance officer, head of secretarial.
Prior to Pearson, Kulshreshtha served as director of law and contracts for South Asia at Honeywell. Her earlier in-house experience includes roles with AGC Networks, PwC and DuPont.
